At Prestige Home Care Agency we work closely with the patient and his or her physician to develop a care plan that is tailored to the patient’s special needs.

We offer services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Our entire staff is dedicated to providing quality services promptly, courteously and professionally. We pledge to treat the patient with compassion and dignity, just like family.

At Prestige Home Care Agency, we design patient plans for physically or mentally disabled people who require a nursing facility level of care but who choose to live independently in the comfort of their own home. Our clients have the freedom to receive an individualized level of care, and they likewise have the opportunity to hire any family member or friend to perform their personal care services. As part of our care, we offer long term waiver services which include personal care, meal preparation, respite care, and counseling. We also offer escort service, and have registered nurses on call for client requests.

As part of our long-term waiver service, we offer services to clients between the ages of 18 and 59. These services include an attendant care waiver, Act 150 Waiver, Commcare Waiver, Independence Waiver, and OBRA waiver. For our programs geared toward those 60 and up, we include the following services: Philadelphia corporation for aging, Chester county department of aging services, Delaware County department of aging services, Montgomery AAS, Bucks County AAA, and PAS Program.
