Pediatric and adult cases available for up to full-time! HHAs and DCWs provide individuals with physical and/or intellectual difficulties personal and environmental services to help them live a more independent and self-determined life in the comfort of home. Services include assistance with hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, home maintenance, personal chores, safety precautions, etc. Training and certification provided by Prestige. HHAs and DCWs sought are to be dependable and compassionate. Multi-lingual ability a plus! Must be able to work shifts throughout the greater Philadelphia area.
Work with pediatric, adult and geriatric patients per diem and/or up to full-time. Prestige RNs provide case assessment and oversight in all departments. Further, through our skilled department, RNs establish, oversee and treat individuals with health needs in a home-based setting. Treatment can include wound care, VAC therapy, home infusion/IV, chemotherapy, pain management, CHF care, post-operative care and education, cardiological and oncological cases, medication management, well-mom and baby visits, mental health care, etc. RNs determine course of treatment, establish goals and assess progress. Prestige RNs must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and able to make field visits throughout the greater Philadelphia area.
Both pediatric shift and adult visit cases available for up to full-time. Pediatric shift LPNs provide services including monitoring of vitals, tracheostomy care, ventilator support, medication management, g-tube and nutritional support, seizure precautions and management, bowel and bladder management, and personal care. LPNs with the adult population work with an RN to perform treatment plans, as well as monitor progress and status. Prestige LPNs must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and able to make field visits throughout the greater Philadelphia area.
Diagnose and treat in pediatric, adult and/or geriatric cases health conditions that limit an individual’s ability to move and perform everyday activities with the goal of improving function and quality of life. Diagnose and set a care plan, prescribe and guide exercise and provide hands-on patient care and education to improve mobility, reduce and manage pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Physical Therapists work with individuals post-surgery, replacements and other developments, dealing with CVA, having diagnoses of arthritis, osteoarthritis, join disorders, and others with rehabilitative needs. Prestige PTs must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and able to make field visits throughout the greater Philadelphia area.
Assess and establish care plans for individuals of all ages and varied diagnoses to promote independence, meaningful occupation and functional ability to fulfill daily roles and routines. Prestige OTs work directly with a client’s support individuals and health care professionals to provide home-based teaching for patients to interact with adaptive technology, guide through assed activities, evaluate physical condition, and plan toward health goals. Prestige OTs must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and able to make field visits throughout the greater Philadelphia area.
Execute treatment plans using therapeutic and self-care activities designed to improve function under the direction of a Prestige Occupational Therapist. You’ll further be monitoring a client’s performance of activities and documenting progress and appropriate records. You’ll work with clients of all ages as part of a diverse team. Prestige OTAs must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and able to make field visits throughout the greater Philadelphia area.
Join our team to help individuals of all ages with oral, speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing difficulties. The ST will diagnose and develop treatments and interventions based on their own assessments, and work with an individual’s care team to develop a plan to improve disorders, language, cognition and social ability. Prestige STs must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and able to make field visits throughout the greater Philadelphia area.
Full-time availability for self-motivated, team players able to manage a case load and accomplish the goals of the department. Coordinators ensure case schedules, appropriate client communication and servicing, issue resolution, and compliant documentation. The case coordinator will maintain relations with referral sources, staff and patients and utilize strong abilities to plan, prioritize and fulfill tasks timely to ensure Prestige cases run efficiently and correctly. No licensure or certification needed, though strong communication, positive approach and professionalism sought.
